Shipping

Please allow up to (1) one business day for order processing. Orders placed on Friday afternoon OR over the weekend will be shipped on Monday. A tracking number will be provided.

Handling times can vary depending on seasonal order loads, weekends, and holidays. Changes to orders will not be accepted once payment has been processed and subject to a restocking fee. Cancellations before or after a tracking number has been issued are subject to a processing fee.

No returns or refunds will be accepted.

USA TO UK

Orders typically take about 1 week to arrive, however, can take up to 4-6 weeks if there is a delay with customs. Once shipments are sent out, we do not have control of the speed at which they will arrive. Please contact the carrier if it appears that a parcel is not moving in transit. We will do everything possible to make sure that orders get delivered.
